Drumming Through Trauma – Registration Required!
Drumming isn’t just music. It’s movement, it’s rhythm, it’s release. A way to express what words can’t.
For thousands of years, people have used drumming to heal, connect, and find strength. Today, science backs what ancient traditions have always known…group drumming helps ease stress, process trauma, and build community.
Drumming Through Trauma is a space to let go, feel the beat and release what’s been held inside. No experience needed. Drumming Through Trauma – Registration Required!
The class is taught by Sam Holmstock, a founding member of the band Entrain and teacher of Afro-Caribbean drumming for 30 years. For the last 7 years, he has taught on the Cape at Cotuit Center for the Arts.
