Grief is not just an emotional experience, it affects the body, mind and spirit. Healing Through Movement is a unique program designed to help individuals bereaved due to substance use related causes process their emotions through physical activity. By combining movement based practices with peer support, we provide a safe space for healing, connection and emotional release.

Why Movement Matters in Grief

Grief can manifest physically, leading to stress, fatigue and tension. Engaging in movement helps release these emotions, improve well-being and create a sense of community among those who are bereaved. Our programs encourage participants to take steps, both literal and symbolic, toward healing.

Join Us

Our programs are open to adults (18+) grieving the death of someone they care about due to substance use related causes.
